Handling the Auto Injury Claim
On August 27, 2008, Joe Mordino presented at a seminar "Handling
the Auto Injury Claim." He talked about methods of accident
reconstruction, preparing expert and lay witnesses for trial,
cross-examination techniques, and closing arguments. Joe also
talked about alternative dispute resolution and how to settle

Joseph T. Mordino Expanding Legal Services
Faulkner & Tepe LLP of Cincinnati is pleased
to announce that Joseph T. Mordino, a partner with the firm,
has recently completed a 40-hour course in mediation from
Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies. Mr.
Mordino has many years of experience as a litigator in personal
injury and wrongful death, construction, employment, and commercial
law disputes. He is expanding his practice to include mediation
services in these practice areas.
His litigation and trial experience combined
with his mediation training and experience helps him solve
problems and resolve disputes when possible. He has served
as a mediator for the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court and
the United States District Court for the Southern District
of Ohio. In those rare instances where settlement is not possible,
he is prepared to try a case to verdict. Mr. Mordino has tried
over two dozen civil cases to verdict.
